I thought my NEC uPD720200 USB 3.0 Host Controller was dead, would hang on flashing. But I moved it to a different slot and removed two other cards(SATA and FireWire) temporarily and now it works. Set at Driver 1.0.18.0 and FW 3021. I was flashing to get more functionality like sleep settings. Don't flash unless something won't work. My USB 3.0 drive was working fine. I already bought another USB 3.0 card. I will return.
